AI in Sight
See · Secure · Scale
Do you know what your people have built with AI, and what depends on it?
Across your organisation, people are building with AI: prompt libraries, assistants, automations, small apps. Many are valuable. Some already run parts of your processes. Most sit outside any register, review or budget line.
The pattern
We have seen this before
In the 2000s, I watched spreadsheets and Access databases spread through organisations. They solved real problems, fast. A few years later, critical processes depended on files that one person understood, nobody had tested, and nobody could take over.
Robotic process automation repeated the pattern in the 2010s. AI repeats it again: faster, wider, and with tools that can act on their own and send data outside the organisation.

| See | · | A clear map of what your people have built with AI, on what data, and what now depends on it. And a measure of how mature your builders and your organisation are in building and governing it. |
| Secure | · | The few assets that are both critical and fragile, found and fixed first. Governance scaled to impact: light where risk is low, firm where a process depends on it. Duplicate tools, stray subscriptions and idle licences brought into view. |
| Scale | · | The best solutions shared and reused across teams. Targeted development for the people who build. A lifecycle that lets good ideas grow safely. |
How
Three lenses, one picture
People. How your people use and build with AI, and how well.
Assets. What has been built, how critical it is, and how solidly it is made.
Organisation. Whether your rules, tools and roles support safe growth.
The most useful findings sit where the lenses disagree: capable builders in an organisation that cannot see their work, or confident answers next to fragile assets.
The diagnostic combines a short questionnaire for builders, interviews and non-intrusive usage data. Results are reported for groups only; nobody is singled out.
A two-minute taste of one lens
This check looks at one asset you already know about, from one angle. The full diagnostic applies all three lenses across your organisation, including to the assets nobody has listed.

Behind AI in Sight
I lead digital and human transformation programmes, often in regulated environments, and I coach leaders and teams through change. I have watched user-built tools become critical infrastructure, and I know both sides of it: the value people create on their own initiative, and the risk the organisation carries without knowing it.
AI in Sight brings those two sides together: governance that protects the organisation, and support that helps the people who build.
Let’s talk
